Production takes 3-5 days, standard shipping takes up to 14 days, and expedited up to 8 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
BTC is the only form of payment accepted. The address is posted on the “Submit Payment” page.

-Avoid patterns or busy backgrounds.
-Stand in a well-lit area, preferably with natural light.
-Hold the camera at eye level.
-Keep your head straight and avoid tilting.
-Center your face in the frame.
-Ensure your full head is visible, including hair and neck.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! No discounts for SSN cards yet, but with DLs you can save ordering with your friends!
To qualify for group discounts everything must be shipped to one address.

Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, tracking numbers are sent 3 days after the package is shipped out.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Yes, you can modify your order at any time before shipping, but information changes resulting in a reprint will cost up to $50 each, so make sure to submit your info correctly the first time.
What state should I pick?
